Overview

Amanda Sabato concentrates her practice in contract and business litigation, creditors’ rights, secured transactions, and general dispute resolution. She has represented a wide range of clients, from financial institutions and secured lenders, to corporations and small businesses.

Amanda has advised clients on a variety of matters, including commercial disputes and litigation strategy. She is skilled in negotiating and facilitating settlement agreements and working with clients to obtain Judgments in their favor.

Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Amanda worked for a business litigation firm in Boston, and was an Assistant District Attorney in New York City for many years. Her professional background has provided her with extensive courtroom and litigation experience, including conducting jury trials, evidentiary hearings, and handling all manners of motion practice.
