Magdalena is part of the litigation team at Hackett Feinberg, focusing her practice on real estate and title litigation.
Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Magdalena clerked at the Massachusetts Land Court for the Hon. Lauren E. Reznick and Hon. Jennifer S.D. Roberts. She is familiar with the Land Court’s jurisdiction, procedures, and registered land, offering a valuable perspective to complicated real estate and title issues.
While in law school, Magdalena participated in the Housing Rights Advocacy Clinic where she appeared in court as a SJC Rule 3:03 Student Attorney and represented individuals facing eviction.
