Brittney B. Keophoxay-Lam

Brittney B. Keophoxay is a paralegal in Hackett Feinberg’s Transaction Group. She supports real estate and title work at the firm by, among other things, drafting and filing UCC financing statements, conducting due diligence searches, preparing closing documents, and preparing settlement statements.

Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Brit gained extensive experience in the real estate and title industries including: handling post-closing duties at a national title company; working for a Rhode Island mortgage company; working in the Real Estate and Development and Environmental and Energy Group of an AM law 200 law firm; and working at a national law firm performing post-closing responsibilities such as reviewing chain of title, preparing loan documents, and drafting title policies, as well as supporting the foreclosure department.
