Diane E. Mahan joined Hackett Feinberg in October of 2001 and she has worked as a paralegal in both the Litigation Group and the Transaction Group.
Diane provides support to attorneys in all areas of civil litigation including bankruptcy, and in transactional matters including commercial and real estate financing and development, and probate estate planning.
Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Diane was employed at a firm in Quincy, Massachusetts for 15 years where she focused on civil litigation, residential real estate, and probate matters including domestic relations, trusts and estates.
