Jennifer Flaherty is a paralegal in the Litigation Group, where she supports counsel in bankruptcy, business, title, and foreclosure litigation for both state and federal matters.
In her current role, Jennifer assists with preparing complaints and other court filings, drafting correspondence, managing court deadlines, and organizing client documents.
Before joining Hackett Feinberg, Jennifer provided legal support to attorneys in the areas of real estate, title, estate planning, corporate law, and litigation. She also gained international experience through an internship with a global law firm in Ireland, working in their financial services department, and completed a mentorship with the legal department at a large technology company.
