Shayla M. Foley is a paralegal in the Transaction Group who supports the banking and real estate practices.
She drafts and files UCC financing statements, orders title exams, conducts UCC and tax lien searches, LLC and Corporate Formation, as well preforms other due diligence tasks related to closing preparations. Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Shayla worded as a residential and commercial real estate paralegal where she focused primarily on preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating due diligence materials, and assisting with commercial leasing matters.
