Chris Sacht and Scott Altonian recently represented a national banking client in connection with a $21,000,000 construction to semi-perm loan provided with respect to a new 135 room hotel project in Natick, MA.
HF attorneys collaborated with attorneys representing the developer/owner, hotel manager and national hotel franchisor, as well as business persons from all parties, in order to structure, document, and close the transaction. The transaction included the acquisition of the subject parcel and creation of a condominium structure providing for the hotel’s unit and a large multi-family residential unit to be constructed by a different owner.
