In keeping with directives from public health authorities to reduce the size of public gatherings and unnecessary travel, beginning Tuesday March 17, Hackett Feinberg will be operating primarily on a remote basis. We already have in place the technology and support to ensure that all of our attorneys will be able to handle remotely our clients’ legal needs. You will be able to contact our attorneys through their usual contact information.
We currently plan on having limited staff in our office to provide essential support and monitor mail and deliveries, but clients or other third parties should make arrangements in advance before visiting our office. Also, if you want to deliver documents or other materials to any of our lawyers, we suggest forwarding by e-mail or coordinating the delivery directly with the lawyer, rather than simply sending a delivery to our office.
Please know that we are doing everything we can to reduce the risk of exposure and prevent the spread of the virus amongst our clients, lawyers, staff, and our community, by following the latest recommendations from local health officials and the CDC.
