Overview

Haley is a passionate advocate for strong communities, concentrating her legal practice in affordable housing and community development, commercial lending, and commercial real estate financing. She represents nonprofit organizations, state and local government agencies, developers, banks and other financial institutions in structuring and documenting commercial and real estate finance transactions.

Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Haley worked on public policy research and writing, with a focus on affordable housing policy, as a Massachusetts Senate Fellow for Senator Pat Jehlen and as part of a fellowship with the Civic Action Project. She also worked for Massachusetts Housing Partnership, preparing Chapter 102 Custodian Delivery compliance packages.

Haley also brings her experience in non-profit management and education leadership to her legal practice.
