Megan is part of the Hackett Feinberg litigation team. With over a decade of experience as a trial attorney, plus a decade of experience in court operations management, she likens herself as a Litigation Lugh.
Megan is an advisor and litigator who counsels clients in a wide variety of business disputes, including complex contract, business tort, intellectual property, product liability, personal injury, commercial, employment, shareholder and partnership, commercial lease, and property disputes. Megan represents clients of all sizes and in various stages of growth, from Fortune 500 companies and to startups, insurance carriers, regional organizations, small family businesses, artists, designers, and individuals.
Megan is passionate about Intellectual Property law and in this role, she works to protect and enforce the intellectual property rights of creatives, brands, and entrepreneurs. She regularly advises clients on copyright, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition disputes. With all of her work, Megan advises clients with an analytical, inventive mindset, aiming to bring about the best possible solution
Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Megan practiced law at both reginal and national law firms, and South Florida. While Boston is her and her family’s home, Megan is originally from Minnesota and has a lot of Minnesota-pride— just ask her about her Cinnamon Toast Crunch story.
