Her responsibilities include ordering and tracking UCC, lien, and title searches, reviewing due diligence materials, and ensuring all required documentation is complete and timely for closing. Sarah plays a key role in keeping transactions organized and on schedule by maintaining clear communication and proactively following up on outstanding items.
Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Sarah gained experience in both collections and real estate law, where she developed a strong foundation in legal procedures and client coordination.
