Hackett Feinberg P.C. attorneys Christopher M. Sacht and Joseph E. Brooks recently represented a national banking client that provided construction financing for the Faxon affordable housing development project located in West Hartford, Connecticut.
The total project size was approximately $18,000,000. Hackett Feinberg P.C. collaborated with attorneys and consultants representing the developer/owner, tax credit equity investor and other subordinate lenders in order to structure, document, and close the transaction. When completed, the project will consist of sixty-seven (67) mixed income residential units.
