Hackett Feinberg P.C. attorneys Christopher M. Sacht and Joseph E. Brooks recently represented a national banking client that provided a $40.8 million construction to permanent financing transaction for a mixed-use college student housing project located in Towson, Maryland.
Hackett Feinberg P.C. collaborated with attorneys and consultants representing the developer, equity investor and title company in order to structure, document, and close this transaction. When completed, the project will provide 231 off-campus student housing units with 442 beds, retail space and related amenities in close proximity to Towson University.
