Joe’s practice focuses on the representation of banks and other financial institutions in the structuring and documenting of commercial transactions on a local, regional and national basis. Joe represents clients in real estate mortgage, acquisition, refinance, and construction loan transactions as well as clients providing working capital loan facilities on an asset-based and cash flow basis, term loan facilities, and financing for leveraged acquisitions.
