HF attorneys Chris Sacht and Joe Brooks recently represented a national banking client that provided construction financing for the Branch Street Revival affordable housing, scattered site development project located in Pawtucket and Central Falls, Rhode Island.
The total project size was approximately $11,000,000. HF collaborated with attorneys and consultants representing the developer/owner, tax credit equity investor and other subordinate lenders in order to structure, document, and close the transaction. When completed, the project will contain forty-six (46) affordable residential units including the construction of twenty-nine (29) new affordable residential units and the rehabilitation of seventeen (17) affordable residential units spread out over six properties.
