HF attorneys Chris Sacht and Joe Brooks recently represented a national banking client that provided $7,300,000 in construction financing for an affordable housing development project located in Plattsburgh, New York.
HF collaborated with attorneys and consultants representing the developer/owner, tax credit equity investor and permanent lenders in order to structure, document, and close the transaction. When completed, the project will provide 40 affordable residential units spread out across 9 buildings.
