HF attorneys Chris Sacht and Joe Brooks recently represented a national banking client that provided $8,250,000 in construction financing for an affordable housing development project located in Providence, Rhode Island.
HF collaborated with attorneys and consultants representing the developer/owner, tax credit equity investor and subordinate lenders in order to structure, document, and close the transaction. When completed, the project will provide 40 affordable residential units.
