Chris Sacht and Joe Brooks recently represented a national banking client as lead arranger for a $94 million construction to permanent financing for a mixed-use student housing project located in Tempe, Arizona.
HF collaborated with attorneys and consultants representing the co-lender, developer, equity investor, and title company in order to structure, document, and close the transaction. When completed, the project will provide 327 off-campus student housing units, 64 workforce housing units, a 650-space parking garage, retail space and related amenities.
