Hackett Feinberg attorneys Brent Barringer and Brian Plunkett recently represented a multi-state corporation focused on proving educational services to students in out-of-school settings in the sale of substantially all of its assets to a private equity and venture capital company.
The total consideration paid was $9.5 million, in addition to an earnout of up to $1.5 million. Financing was provided by a private equity firm located in St. Louis, Missouri.
