Gabriela’s previous work in as bond, borrower and underwriter’s counsel in tax exempt bond and alternative financings provide her with a unique perspective in tax, securities and regulatory matters, allowing her to bring client-centered solutions to sophisticated financing structures and general real estate transactions.
