Overview

Peter works with clients in a variety of business disputes, including complex contracts, business tort, bankruptcy, commercial lease and property disputes.

Specifically, Peter represents title insurance companies and financial institutions in a wide variety of real estate disputes. Litigating these real estate disputes has led to experience in the Massachusetts court system with cases in the superior courts and land courts.

While in law school, Peter participated in the Prosecutors Program where he acted as a SJC Rule 3:03 Student Attorney working for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. In doing so, he represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in criminal proceedings in the Boston Municipal Court system. Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Peter was an associate at an international law firm practicing complex commercial litigation.
