Chris Sacht and Joe Brooks recently represented a national banking client as lead arranger in a $45.5 million construction to permanent financing transaction for a mixed-use college student housing project located in Kennesaw, Georgia.
HF collaborated with attorneys and consultants representing the co-lender, developer, and title company in order to structure, document, and close this commercial real estate transaction. When completed, the project will provide 179 off-campus student housing units with 656 beds, a 598-space parking garage, 27 surface parking spaces, retail space and related amenities in close proximity to Kennesaw State University.
