Hackett Feinberg P.C. Expands Employment Practice With Addition of Partner, Shannon M. Lynch

Hackett Feinberg P.C.  is pleased to announce that Shannon M. Lynch has joined the firm’s growing Employment Litigation and Counseling Practice as a Partner.

Highly regarded within the employment law community, Shannon has successfully defended employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour laws, and leave laws. She also regularly advises businesses on strategies for hiring and background checks, pay practices, performance management, leaves of absence and reasonable accommodation requests, workplace investigations, and employee terminations. An MCAD-certified trainer, Shannon offers training for executives, managers, and employees on workplace issues such as discrimination and harassment prevention, litigation avoidance, and FMLA compliance.

Shannon represents clients across a broad range of industries including financial services, public relations, technology, healthcare, retail, hospitality, transportation, and staffing.

Shannon received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.  She has been selected for inclusion in Massachusetts Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America for her work in labor and employment. Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg P.C., she was a partner at a business litigation and employment law boutique in Boston.
