Courtney Hilliard is part of the transactional team at Hackett Feinberg. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, affordable housing development and commercial lending, including acquisitions, financing and conveyancing.
Courtney represents banks and other financial institutions, nonprofit organizations, developers, governmental and quasi-governmental agencies.
Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Courtney was title counsel managing all phases of real estate deals — from due diligence, title and survey analysis, and zoning review to document negotiation, closing, and post-closing matters. Her practice also included advising on construction loans and requisitions, and mechanic’s lien exposure. Courtney has experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing, foreclosure-related matters, and business acquisitions, giving her clients a broad, practical understanding of the full real estate landscape. Clients value her thoroughness, responsiveness, and ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact a transaction.
