Mikayla L. Formoza

Mikayla Formoza concentrates her practice on commercial lending, affordable housing development, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Mikayla represented private fund sponsors across a variety of matters including fund formation, compliance, and operational matters at a Boston law firm.

While in law school, Mikayla served as Managing Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review, Vice President of the Business Law Association, and worked as a teaching assistant for a property law course.
