Hackett Feinberg P.C. is proud to announce that five of its attorneys were selected for inclusion on the 2023 list of Massachusetts Super Lawyers and Rising Stars.
Part of Thomson Reuters, Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
Two Hackett Feinberg partners were selected for inclusion in this year’s Massachusetts Super Lawyers list:
- James M. Liston: Creditor Debtor Rights, Business Litigation, Real Estate
- Shannon M. Lynch: Employment Litigation, Employment & Labor
Each year, no more than five percent of lawyers in the Commonwealth are selected by the Super Lawyers research team to receive this honor. This marks the twentieth year that Jim has been selected for the Super Lawyers list and the fifteenth year that Shannon has been selected for the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists.
Super Lawyers also recognized three Hackett Feinberg attorneys for selection to its 2023 Massachusetts Rising Stars list:

- Sarah M. Wegman: Real Estate, Business & Corporate, Estate Planning & Probate
- Jacqueline M. Price: Business Litigation, Real Estate, Bankruptcy
The Rising Stars selection recognizes attorneys who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been in practice for 10 years or less. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the Commonwealth are selected by the Super Lawyers research team to receive this Rising Stars honor.
