Jacqueline Doyle works with a variety of clients, in a broad array of practice areas from real estate litigation and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights to commercial litigation and employment law matters.
Jackie represents title insurance companies in a wide variety of real estate disputes. Litigating these real estate disputes has given her substantial experience in the Massachusetts’ court system with cases in the probate courts, superior courts, and land court. Jackie also represents creditors’ interests in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States. She defends preference actions and resolves administrative claims issues in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. She deals broadly with privacy issues and warehouse liens under Article 7 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
In addition, Jackie works on a variety of employment law issues, most notably drafting employee handbooks, which requires comprehensive legal research and analysis of federal and state employment laws.
While in law school, Jackie participated in the Prison Disciplinary Clinic where she represented inmates at disciplinary review boards. In doing so, she conducted client interviews, completed discovery and investigations, and cross-examined witnesses at the hearings. Prior to entering the legal profession, Jackie participated in Teach for America, teaching 6th and 7th grade math in Stamford, CT.
