Hackett Feinberg P.C. is pleased to announce Angel Kozeli Mozina has joined the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Mozina’s background and experience in condominium law and title insurance will add to the diversity and breadth of the firm’s commercial real estate expertise.
Mozina moved from Albania to the United States after high school. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Suffolk University Law School. She became interested in real estate law during a year-long housing clinic at Suffolk Law.
Mozina’s work over the past few years has focused on condominiums, title insurance, and real estate finance, including acquisition and construction loans for multi-family and mixed-use asset portfolios. She has also represented corporate and individual clients at the Boards of Assessors and Appellate Tax Board in addition to appearances at Massachusetts housing, district and superior courts. She is also admitted to practice at the federal courthouses in Massachusetts.
At Hackett Feinberg, Mozina will continue to represent real estate developers, lenders, owners, corporate entities, management companies, condominium associations, landlords and tenants. She will also continue to write and present on real estate law topics for law journals and affinity bar groups.
