Overview

Moravia concentrates his practice on commercial finance, commercial real estate, and general corporate matters.

He represents corporations, developers, nonprofit organizations, and financial institutions in structuring and documenting commercial real estate, asset-based, and commercial and industrial transactions.

Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Moravia worked at a New Hampshire based firm representing clients in commercial real estate transactions and zoning matters.
