Overview

Kimberley McKenna’s practice concentrates on commercial finance including commercial real estate development and acquisition, commercial leasing, project and construction financing, commercial/industrial and asset-based lending, SBA-guaranteed Section 7(a), Section 504, and SBA Express lending, forbearance and workouts of distressed and defaulted loans, and affordable housing development and financing including low income and historic tax credits.

Berley represents lenders and other financial institutions, developers, nonprofit organizations, and governmental and quasi-governmental agencies in all aspects of finance and real estate development.

Prior to joining Hackett Feinberg, Berley worked in academic property management and construction, a background which informs her practice by connecting the dots between all aspects of development and real estate law.

Berley resides with her wife and children in Arlington, Massachusetts.
