Lauren Ruggles represents financial institutions and other lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate, commercial and industrial, affordable housing, and asset based credit transactions.
Her experience includes advising, structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial and real estate finance transaction documents, and analyzing due diligence.
Lauren also represents business clients, owners, and developers regarding commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and construction, as well as general corporate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Lauren worked for another Boston law firm where she focused on commercial real estate matters, including development, acquisitions, sales, leasing, zoning, permitting, and construction; real estate litigation; and general civil litigation.
