Overview

Roberto M. García Cordovés concentrates his practice on commercial lending, commercial real estate development and financing, and general corporate matters.

His practice includes representing banks and other financial institutions, developers, and individuals in various transactions including financing for construction, the purchase of assets, working capital, and the development of renewable energy projects.

With his accounting background, Roberto possesses the skills to analyze financial statements and accounting procedures to provide a unique perspective to his legal analysis and representation.
